TPM – Testing, Psychometrics, Methodology in Applied Psychology is a quarterly peer-reviewed journal that emphasizes the publication of original research offering new knowledge to the fields of applied psychology, social psychology, work and organizational psychology, personality and individual differences, psychological methods. The journal represents a valuable place of encounter and exchange between scholars, professionals, and students.
The journal features contents that deepen knowledge in practical applications of psychology focusing on methodological issues and instruments useful for research and professional intervention. The variety of topics covered by TPM is a broad window on the world of applied psychology. The contributions containing scales’ validation are accepted only if the paper is not a simple validation, but aimed at broader theoretical or applicative goals, and the validation of the scale is a preliminary step to achieve, in the same paper, these goals.
