DOI: https://doi.org/Pemphigus is an autoimmune bullous disease clinically characterized by blistering and erosions of the skin and/or mucous membranes. Early lesions are manifested in the oral region in almost 50%-60% of the patients, which often hinders the diagnosis. Early diagnosis and treatment can significantly improve the course and prognosis of the disease. The present case report is on “Oral Pemphigus Vulgaris” which was diagnosed early and showed good clinical improvement. Since early lesions are manifested orally, dental professionals must have adequate knowledge and be familiar with clinical manifestation of pemphigus vulgaris to ensure early diagnosis and treatment, since this in turn determines the prognosis and course of the disease.
