Open Access Policy
TPMAP is a fully open-access journal, ensuring that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide, immediately upon publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This permits users to download and share the work with proper attribution but does not allow commercial use or modification of the content.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
To support the costs of high-quality open-access publishing—including peer review, editorial services, typesetting, online hosting, indexing, and long-term archiving—TPMAP charges an Article Processing Charge of 900 USD for each accepted manuscript.
