DOI: https://doi.org/The effects of sleep deprivation on university students' psychological, physical, and academic health were investigated in this study. We gathered information about students' sleep patterns, behaviours, lifestyle choices, and academic records through semi-structured interviews and a structured questionnaire. A recognised method for evaluating sleep quality is the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. The findings are meant to show the connection between fewer sleep hours and academic achievement as well as any behavioural shifts in the students.
