The results of this research are: the legal responsibility of transportation service companies is the achievement of philosophical values, namely justice, benefit, and legal certainty related to the legal obligations that must be fulfilled by the company in carrying out goods or passenger transportation services aimed at protecting the interests of service users, ensuring safety and security in transportation, and guaranteeing compliance with applicable laws.
