DOI: https://doi.org/This study analyzes employee experience as a strategic phenomenon within people management through a qualitative, exploratory, and cross-sectional approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 human resource leaders from South American companies. Their narratives were analyzed using a categorical method supported by qualitative software. The results identify eight key dimensions shaping employee experience: leadership, organizational culture, communication, benefits, technology, flexibility, productivity, and challenges. The conclusions highlight that a positive work experience enhances commitment, talent retention, and organizational sustainability. The study suggests that strategically managing employee experience not only improves individual well-being but also boosts organizational performance.
