The first approach to operational cooperation for the European maritime sector is introduced, based on the prevailing state-of-the-art technical collaboration modeling to meet critical industry needs.A collaborative maritime strategy is essential for a successful project, particularly in multidisciplinary groups within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.Including other disciplines obstructs communication channels and impairs intelligent decision-making.This study develops and evaluates a 'Concept Design Stages Procedure' (CDSP) via organized interdisciplinary design tasks to facilitate project launch, enhance cooperation, and achieve higher agreement across multidisciplinary team members. The study indicates that the CDSP Method establishes a robust framework to facilitate the effective execution of collaborative maritime design, particularly in interdisciplinary collaboration. The study illustrates the possibility for substantial enhancements to optimizing the design concept phases, with favorable effects on time, interaction, and overall team involvement.
